We purchased this in May 2022. Our child is going to study abroad, so we are considering selling it to raise funds. It is a single-story house in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and after purchasing it, we made considerable changes to it, such as converting it into a Western-style room, installing a sink, replacing the tatami mats, and installing an air conditioner. It has two Japanese-style rooms, two Western-style rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom, and the daily life flow unique to a single-story house makes it easy to live in. It has been surveyed by Hitachi City and has a sunroom. It is currently rented for 38,000 yen per month. If you are looking for an income-generating property, please consider this.
