Description

The property is adjacent to a river and mountains, offering a relaxed, spacious lifestyle. Children used to play in the river (water play, fishing) and climb the mountain to make secret forts. It is located near a small settlement along a prefectural road in a mountain valley. Air conditioning is generally unnecessary. The property is a fair distance from the station (35 minutes on foot / 2.8 km), so a car is essential. However, there is no parking space on the premises. When I lived here I rented the neighboring land, but I have been away for a long time and do not know the current owner, so you will need to arrange any neighboring land rental yourself.

The building sits along a prefectural road. It was built in 1979 by the owner's grandfather as a combined shop and residence serving udon and set meals; the second floor served as the living area. The Yagiyama Bypass opened in 2014 and traffic has decreased since then, but there is a possibility the bypass will become tolled around 2025, which could increase traffic. 2012年から空き家となり、最後の衝突の補修をしておらず、建物や設備の劣化があり、ホコリを被った残置物がかなり残っていますが、現況有姿での引き取りをお願いします。
