I received this property from an acquaintance in December 2018 (Heisei 30). I had planned to use it for businesses such as a farmhouse restaurant, a rural share house, or a small solar power plant, but those plans did not proceed as expected, and it has been used for a time as a warehouse to store my own products. Last winter's heavy snowfall partially damaged the roof. If similar heavy snow occurs again, the property will deteriorate further, so I have decided to sell. The living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom were renovated more than ten years ago and are relatively clean.

There is about 1,500 m² of farmland behind the building. I am not a farmer, so although the contract with the previous owner has been completed, the farmland registration has not been carried out and it remains in the previous owner’s name. This farmland will be sold together with the house. The previous owner also wishes to sell the farmland, so I cannot accept requests for "only the house and lot, no farmland."
