This property is located near the west coast of the Noto Peninsula. We lived separately from our home in Chiba depending on the season, but as we got older, our double life became more difficult, so we decided to let go. The main house and storehouse are 85 years old, but they have been living there for three generations, so they have been repaired from time to time. The living room and kitchen were renovated to wooden flooring 15 years ago. In addition, the detached building was renovated 20 years ago and equipped with a bath, toilet, and kitchenette, so that it can be used as a guest house. It is now used as an atelier by a Spanish painter who is a tenant. The tenant who lives now can move out if there is a certain amount of grace. There are three gardens surrounding the building. If you go down the gentle slope where pine and plum trees are planted in the garden, you can see the Furai River. You can walk about 5 minutes to the 4km white sand beach, so you can enjoy swimming in the summer and fishing all year round. Due to the influence of the Noto earthquake, there is a crack in the wall of the living room. In any case, the main house and storehouse are old buildings, so I thin能登半島西海岸近くにある物件です。私達は千葉の住まいと季節によって住み分けていましたが、年齢と共に2重生活が厳しくなり、手離すことにしました。母屋と土蔵は築85年ですが、3代に渡って住み続けていましたので、随時補修をしてきました。15年前に居間と台所をフローリングに改修しました。また、20年前に離れ棟を改築し、風呂、トイレ、小キッチンを完備、ゲストハウスとしても使えるようにしました。今は、借家人のスペイン人の画家がアトリエとして使っています。今住んでいる借家人はある程度の猶予があれば退去出来ます。建物を囲むように3面の庭があります。庭先の松と梅の植えてあるゆるやかな傾斜を下ると、富来川が臨めます。徒歩5分ほどで4kmにわたる白砂ビーチに行けますので、夏の海水浴や一年を通して、釣りを楽しめる環境です。能登地震の影響で居間の壁にクラックが入っています。いずれにしても母屋と蔵は古い建物ですので、これから先補修の個所が出てくると思います。家の近くの徒歩圏内にスーパー、食事処、病院などがありますので日常生活には困らないと思います。リタイア後の田舎暮らしを楽しみたい方には最適かと思います。羽田から能登空港へは1時間、現地まではふるさとタクシー(2100円)で約40分、東京への往復も便利になっています。
