土地1,389坪はなかなかないです。使い方によってはかなり有意義なものです。現状は空地雑種地、伐採はやります。相談可能です。いすみ市岬町谷上、海山海産物いすみ鉄道が有名、自然豊かな環境で落ち着いた雰囲気がいいところです。
