This property is located at the very back of a site with two single-story apartments, originally part of the manager's room. It is a detached house completely separated from other buildings. The photos are about 30% more beautiful than the actual appearance, so please do not have overly high expectations when you come to see it. Some renovations have been done, but it was built in 1981, so it is old. No pets allowed. Please cooperate with the no smoking policy indoors. By the way, it snows here about 1-2 times a season. For groceries and daily necessities, you need to go to the vicinity of Izu Kogen Station, which is about a 10-minute drive.
