I was attracted to the "24-hour flowing hot spring" feature and purchased it. After repairing the interior and exterior, I registered it as a vacation rental, but I became too busy with my main job to manage it. Currently, I have stopped listing it on reservation sites and am using it privately as a flowing hot spring. The location is rich in nature, nestled between rivers and mountains, so there are many insects in the summer.

Regarding the hot spring fees, the rights fee and membership fee are included in the property price. The usage fee can start from around 10,000 yen per month, depending on the supply amount.
