面倒な町内会は不要
修善寺ニュータウンという別荘地のため面倒なゴミステーションの清掃当番や班長は回ってきません。
別荘地の管理費も賃料に含まれているため、別途費用も発生せずに快適な生活を送れます。
車が無いと不便です
バスはありますが、1日2本（朝と夕方の通学時間帯）しかありません。
現実的には車が無いと不便な場所です。
タクシー利用であれば大仁駅まで1,500円くらいで行けるのでご参考までに。
