■ About the Cliff Ordinance
The cliff at the back of the property is subject to the cliff ordinance. Therefore, when constructing a new building, one of the following measures is necessary:
- Build sufficiently away from the cliff
- Install a reinforced concrete retaining wall on the cliff side of the building
- Make the first floor on the cliff side a reinforced concrete structure
Currently, none of these measures have been implemented for the existing warehouse. This is provided as reference information.
■ Regarding Unregistered Buildings
The fact that the building is unregistered is a common occurrence even in general second-hand properties and is not particularly unusual. The solution is to request a land and house investigator to carry out the registration. The cost is generally around 200,000 yen.

しかしトイレには温水洗浄便座があり、お風呂も比較的きれいです。
気になる洗濯機置き場も玄関内なので「室内」にあります。
こちらの物件で一番気になるのは「1階の天井の低さ」です。
私の身長が164㎝ですが天井の圧迫感すごくあります。170㎝超の方だとすぐそこに天井がある感じかもしれません。
2階の天井は低くないのですが、古い建物なので断熱とはほぼ無縁とお考えください。
夏の暑さ、冬の寒さをしっかり感じられそうです。

2階の雰囲気は古民家のようにも感じられます。

修善寺駅まで徒歩5分程度で行けます。大きなアップダウンありません。

とても小さな貸家なので駐車場がありません。
どうしても駐車場が必要！という方はお問い合わせください。
弊社代表の知人宅の敷地内に月額4,000円～5,000円で駐車させてもらえるように交渉してみます。
☆ペット飼育・タバコ禁止☆
ペット飼育とタバコは禁止となっています。
ペットをどうしても飼いたいという場合、小型犬or猫1匹でしたらダメもとで交渉してみます。
