伊豆市の柏久保地区の東端に位置する４９坪の土地です。公図をよ～くご覧ください。前面道路は伊豆市の市道ですが、この土地の部分はその道路敷が広くなっています。
現状地目は農地です。南側の境界付近にはお茶が植えられていますので、その根元に境界標がありますので、現地をご覧になる方はご確認ください。
周囲を見てお分かりの通り、住宅や資材置き場の混在するような地域です。農地転用は可能です。
前面道路が未舗装であり、その傾斜はこの土地に向かって低くなっていますので、雨水の流れは気になるところです。家の建築をするような場合には、伊豆市の道路との境界部分をその水処理のためにどのようにするのかなど話し合いが必要になってくるかと思います。

This location is 2.3 km from Izu Junior High School, making it easy for raising children. To put it bluntly, it's land next to a waste disposal facility... However, when referred to as the 'Clean Center Izu', it gives a slightly different impression. This is a new waste incineration facility that started operations in January 2023, and it is literally a very clean facility. There is a grassy area within the premises where children can run around, and there is also a kids' corner inside the facility, making it a place where local people want to gather. Of course, there are no unpleasant odors. It is located 3.4 km from Shuzenji Station and 2.3 km from Izu Junior High School at this price. Please visit once, even if you think you might be deceived. ストレートな表現をするとゴミ処理施設横の土地ですが・・・。
「クリーンセンターいず」と言われると少し印象が変わりますよね。
ここは令和5年1月に稼働した新しいごみ焼却施設ですが、文字通りかなりクリーンな施設です。
敷地内には子供たちが走り回れるような芝庭があったり、施設内にもキッズコーナーがあったりと地域の人が集まりたくなるようなそんな焼却施設です。
もちろん嫌な臭いもしてきません。
修善寺駅まで3.4km、伊豆中学校まで2.3kmの立地でこの価格です。
騙されたと思って一度足を運んでみてください。
