ストレートな表現をするとゴミ処理施設横の土地ですが・・・。
「クリーンセンターいず」と言われると少し印象が変わりますよね。
ここは令和5年1月に稼働した新しいごみ焼却施設ですが、文字通りかなりクリーンな施設です。
敷地内には子供たちが走り回れるような芝庭があったり、施設内にもキッズコーナーがあったりと地域の人が集まりたくなるようなそんな焼却施設です。
もちろん嫌な臭いもしてきません。
修善寺駅まで3.4km、伊豆中学校まで2.3kmの立地でこの価格です。
騙されたと思って一度足を運んでみてください。
クリーンセンターいずの施設見学も可能なようです。
