I purchased this property thinking it could be a company retreat facility, but both my staff and I have not been able to visit it much, and we are currently just paying the management fees. Therefore, I would like to sell it for the same price I bought it or even lower, so I have listed it on this site.

The good points are that hot springs come out from the room and it is quiet. It is a resort condominium, but there are also people living there permanently. It comes with parking.
