駐車場については、スペースはあるのですがとても狭いので、車のサイズは軽自動車かコンパクトカーに限ります。同じ場所に自転車などを停めることもできるので、自動車は休日だけカーシェアを使って、原付や自転車で移動するスタイルがしっくりくるのかもしれません。また、この物件は戸建ではなく、1階には別の世帯が入居するテラスハウスです。生活音への配慮や駐輪スペースの譲り合いなどもお願いしますね。
