It's been a while since I last visited! A tasteful old house in a typical Kamakura location. I love these kinds of places. It's located in a different world at the very back, surrounded by lush greenery. The surroundings are quiet, and the only sounds you can hear are the chirps of birds and the murmur of a stream. The surrounding houses are also elegantly built, and the neighbors are busy pruning their plants. A beloved town is one in which people become part of the scenery. The sight of residents enjoying life outdoors can be said to be a sign of the town's status. The layout is also interesting. It looks so hard to use! The entrance is narrow, and the bathroom beyond it has no dressing room. Renovation is a given for a house with a teenage girl. Where will they eat? If you trace the layout, you can imagine a chabudai table in a 4.5 tatami Japanese-style room. Or will they use the 8 tatami dining room as a dining area? Either way, it's too narrow or too wide, so the balance is off. And the position of the stairs! Go through the service room to the second floor. The layout is like a maze. Renovation is likely to be necessary, but the exterior is a tasteful Sukiya-style design tha久しぶりにでました！鎌倉らしいロケーション、かつ味わい深い古い家。こういうのが大好物です。緑モリッモリの中、最奥の別天地に位置します。周囲は静寂そのもので、鳥の鳴きと小川のせせらぎししか聞こえません。周辺の家々も品よく佇んでいて、ご近所さんは植木の剪定に精を出しています。愛されている町って人が風景になっていたりするものです。住人が屋外に出て暮らしを楽しむ様子はその町のステータスとも言えますね。さて、間取りも面白い。何て使いづらそうなんだろう！玄関が狭く、その先のお風呂には脱衣所が無し。年頃の女の子がいるおうちはまずリノベーションが大前提になりますね。ご飯はどこで食べるのか？と間取りをなぞると4.5帖の和室にちゃぶだいを置くイメージ。もしくは洋室8帖のダイニングルームを食事処にする？、いずれにせよ、狭すぎるか広すぎるでバランス悪し。そして、階段の位置！サービスルームを通過して2階へ。迷路のような間取りです。リノベーション必須となりそうですが、外装は味わい深くそのまま活かしてあげたい数寄屋風意匠。深い軒の出や土壁、周囲の生垣はまさに鎌倉らしさそのもの。人里離れた場所でほっこり静かに暮らしたい方にはおすすめできる物件です。念のため、借地権のため住宅ローンは組めません！

Located 100m from Akiya Beach, this property is an old house built in 1927 that still retains the flavor of the Taisho era. I won't show it here.葉山元町のスタバやユニオンなど、お店がたくさんあるエリアにも近い人気の堀内に激渋い平屋が募集にでました。お庭付き駐車場付き（軽自動車のみ）で１４万！これはナイスプライスです。真名瀬のバス停からも徒歩４分という便利な立地で、バス停より山側の方にてくてく少しあがっていったところにあります。結構な年月を耐えてきた感はありますが、きちんと手入れされており、水回りも交換されていて古民家の雰囲気も味わいつつ、快適に暮らしたい方にオススメです。居住用にもよいですが、セカンドハウスにはもってこいの物件です。夏の真名瀬のビーチはご近所の家族連れが多く訪れ、海の家がないおかげでのんびりとした海遊び磯遊びを楽しめるんです。騒がしい海岸が苦手の方、ちょっと海岸線まで出てゆったりした気分でサンセットを眺めるのはいかがですか？屋根付きのテラスあり、お庭も手入れするには丁度良いサイズです。特記すべきは庭にある櫓です。さぁ、櫓からはどんな景色が見えるでしょう？あえてここではお見せしません。

Near the mountain behind the Prince Hotel, there is a country house with horizontal boards that is perfect for this location. Behind the house, there is a vast slope and two huts. The current owner seems to have kept small animals, and although it is a corner of the refined appearance, it lives a rustic life. As for the inside of the house, the public spaces such as the corridors, stairs, and living/dining/kitchen area are well-equipped, and it feels like a hotel. There are also plenty of private rooms, so they can be set up as guest rooms. The attic room with a cute triangular ceiling is perfect for putting a billiard table in... and your imagination will run wild. If all the walls on the first floor were removed and a large one-room apartment were created, it could be used for private lodgings or as a corporate retreat and office. And from the se七里ヶ浜駅を降り、リコッタパンケーキで世界一の朝食を、ロンハーマンでカフェタイム。待ち時間はビーチでまったり。そんな鎌倉ライフ素敵でしょ！七里ガ浜の街並みは、大きな緑地に囲われたプリンスホテルが街の玄関口になっていて、街そのものが品のある顔付きをしています。プリンスの裏山付近に、このロケーションにぴったりな、横板貼りのカントリーハウスが建っております。家の裏手側には、広大な斜面地付きで、小屋が2棟。現在のオーナーは小動物を飼われていたようで、品ある顔立ちの一角でありながら、野趣溢れる暮らしぶり。家の中はというと、廊下や階段、ＬＤＫなどパブリックスペースが、充実していて、ホテルライクな感じ。個室も充実しているので、ゲストルームとして設えられます。三角形の天井がかわいい小屋裏部屋は、ビリヤード台を置いて、、、妄想が膨らみます。1階部分の壁を全部抜いて、大きなワンルールにすれば、民泊利用や、企業の保養所兼オフィスなどにも活用できそうです。そして、2階からはドカーーーーンと海、見えてます。野趣溢れ、且つ海見え。庶民が買うには、ちょいと手の出しづらい1億超え。思考を切り替えて、こんなところで仕事できたらいいな～。と社長に提案してみましょう。週1回は七里でブレスト。いいアイデアでるなこりゃ。ランチは「珊瑚礁のビーフカレー」、舌の肥えること。宿泊もできて、翌日はサーフィンしてから江ノ電乗ってサッと出社。パフォーマンスあがっちゃうな～。人材、集まっちゃうな～、こんな会社あったら。エンジョイワークスでも人材募集中！！！

The house is made entirely of cypress and was built by a master carpenter. It is a home unlike any other, with a Japanese-style room for a pottery studio and tea ceremony room, a water room, a soundproof room, a storeroom, and a terrace. With the source of the Namegawa River as a backdrop, the owner's passion for pottery, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, piano, and more is apparent.宮大工が手掛けたという総檜の家がある。陶芸工房やお茶室用の和室に水屋、防音室に倉庫やテラスといった普通のお宅ではお見受けできない御宅。滑川の源流を借景に、陶芸に茶道、華道やピアノなど、現オーナーさんのこだわりが伝わってきます。

Today's stage is about a 19-minute walk from Kamakura Station. After passing through Komachi-dori, we bowed to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine before entering. The fact that the walk passes through the grounds of Hachimangu Shrine is very Kamakura-like. The jet black exterior walls exude a mature look, with exposed natural wood eaves, and the exterior walls are made of highly durable charred cedar boards. The appearance has a deep texture! It raises expectations for the interior. The living room on the second floor is easy to use as the dining room and living room are clearly separated.本日の舞台は「鎌倉」駅から歩いて約19分。小町通りを抜け、鶴ケ岡八幡宮に一礼をして入場。道中が八幡宮境内を通っていけるなんて、鎌倉らしさがありますね。大人見溢れる漆黒の外壁に、天然木剝き出しの軒下、外壁は耐久性の高い焼杉板を仕様。味わい深い風合いの佇まい！室内への期待度が上がります。2階リビングはダイニングとリビングがはっきりと分かれていて使いやすいです。

The wind is a mix of the sea and fresh greenery. It smells nice. Perhaps because it passes through the mountains, it is a little cool, and even on hot days it feels great against the skin. When you sit on the sofa facing the garden, the sky, sea, and greenery of Inamuragasaki are right in front of you. It seamlessly connects with the garden.海と新緑がまざった風。いい匂い。山を通っているからか、ちょっとだけひんやりしていて、暑い日でも肌にあたる感じがとっても気持ちがいい。庭に向かったソファに座ると、目の前には稲村ケ崎の空と海と緑。それが庭とシームレスにつながる。

This single-story house is located on a hilltop, a 6-minute walk from Keikyu Shin-Otsu Station, on a plot of approximately 103 tsubo (approx. 330 m2). With a distant view of Sarushima Island and Gunkan, the garden is planted with seasonal flowers, with the red and white plum blossoms being lovely at this time of year, and the winter camellias blooming gracefully. When the hydrangeas are in season, they will likely bloom beautifully. The view of the garden through the tasteful sash window, with its wooden frame and old-fashioned glass, is exceptional.京急新大津駅より徒歩6分の高台、約103坪の敷地に建つ平屋です。猿島と軍艦を遠望、お庭には四季の花々が植えられており、今の時期は紅白の梅が可愛らしく、また寒椿が優雅に咲いています。紫陽花も時期になると見事に咲いてくれそうです。木製の木枠に昔ながらのガラスが入った、味のあるサッシ越しのお庭の風景は格別。
