The view makes you want to shout "Yay!". It's as if the windows are covered with pictures of mountains. The balcony is covered by a low-rise wall, so all you can see is the mountains and the sky. The simple interior highlights the greenery, and it seems to be able to accommodate any interior style. There are three private rooms, so it is of course OK for families. There is a parking lot, and pets (both dogs and cats) are allowed, which is a nice point. When you go out to the balcony on the south side, you can enjoy the unobstructed sunlight and breeze. You f思わず、ヤッホー!と叫びたくなる景色です。まるで、窓いっぱいに山の絵が飾ってあるみたいです。バルコニーの腰壁が目隠しになっていることもあり、見えるのは山と空のみ。その山の形が丸みをおびてなんとも可愛らしく、朝昼晩、春夏秋冬と、移り変わる景色を真正面から楽しめそう。森戸川と長柄の住宅地に向かう道路の間の斜面に沿うように建っている低層マンションは今年で築33年。直近で水まわりを含めた全面改修工事が行われているため、内装や設備まわりはとてもきれいです。3LDKのうち、南側の全ての部屋からは山ビュー。緑の映えるシンプルな内装で、どんなテイストのインテリアでも受け止めてくれそう。個室も3つ使えてご家族でももちろんOK。駐車場あり、ペット飼育可(犬、猫とも可能)なのも嬉しいポイントです。南側のベランダに出ると、遮るもののない日当たりと風が気持ちいい。目下に小川のような森戸川の流れと、驚くほど広大な市民農園が広がっていて、その向こうには国道311号線も見えます。今年はトマトが豊作だね、とかプリンが有名な人気洋食店は混んでないかな、なんてジオラマを見ているような気分になります。正面に見える山は二子山(ふたごやま)。標高200メートルほどの山が二つ緩やかに連なる様子が絵本にでてきそうでほっこり。ハイキングコースも整備されていますが、近くにはイノシシ注意の看板もあるワイルドな山なので、探索しがいもありますね。これだけ牧歌的な風景の中にありながら、住宅地と山の狭間なので、小学校やショッピングセンターも近く、逗子駅までは車で10分強と、便利な場所でもあります。山の中気分でヤッホーと叫ぶと、通りかかった知り合いから返事が帰ってくるかも。山ビューだけど、意外に便利。こんなの探してました、という方、お試しヤッホーしに、ぜひお越しください。
