An old house that can still be used. But is it a regional dismantling?
Due to our relationship, I ran out of Izu City and interviewed properties in Kannan Town.
Next to Izu City: It is an area further next to Izu no Kuni City, but I am surprised that the senses/values in real estate are completely different.
~I can use it as it is...~
If this is a property in Izu City, I think it will be an appraisal value/sale as a used house.
It seems that there is a trend in Kannan Town to demolish old houses and build new ones.
There were about 10 subdivisions about 200 meters from here, and 3 new houses were under construction 100 meters away.
This property can be used as it is now, but the price is set at the vacant land price on the premise of demolition.
~Residential land is valuable in Kannan Town~
Because it is an area with many fields and rice fields,
・It seems like a house can be built anywhere, right?
・It looks like it can be made into residential land, right?
Actually, this is no good.
It is divided into an area called an urbanization control area, and most of the land is not allowed to build houses.
Therefore, it is an area where there is a tendency to demolish existing houses and b

Shizuoka Prefecture, located between Tokyo and Osaka, offers a unique blend of coastal and mountain lifestyle, making it ideal for those seeking a diverse environment. Living here, you can enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji, beautiful beaches along the Pacific Ocean, and lush tea plantations, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, and sightseeing. The prefecture is also home to vibrant local culture, delicious cuisine, notably its fresh seafood and world-renowned green tea, as well as traditional arts and crafts. Finding affordable housing in Shizuoka Ken is generally more manageable compared to densely populated regions like Tokyo and its surrounding areas. Prices for properties and rentals are significantly lower, with options ranging from traditional Japanese homes to modern apartments, particularly in smaller cities like Hamamatsu and Numazu. With a budget of around 50,000 to 100,000 yen per month, you can find comfortable accommodations. In terms of quality of life, Shizuoka Ken boasts a slower pace, making it attractive for families and retirees. The region has well-developed infrastructure, good healthcare, and educational facilities. Compared to other regions, such as the Kanto or Kansai areas, the cost of living is more affordable while still offering a high standard of living.
