When I purchased the vacant house, the owner consulted me about wanting to dispose of other mountain land they owned, which led to this land. According to the previous owner, they were moved by the beauty of the scenery when they first saw it. Indeed, it is a highland property overlooking the mountains such as Toyama and Iyogatake, and the view was beautiful, so I decided to purchase it as per the owner's wishes. 隣地にトウモロコシ畑等がある程度で民家からはある程度離れていてポツンと環境のプライベート感のある立地です。296坪の土地は段々畑のように高低差のある土地ですが、しっかり平坦部もあります。上段は360度見晴らしが良く、下段に降りるにつれプライベート感が増します。

整備は必要ですが畑を作ったり、ドッグランやプライベートキャンプ場にするなど小屋を建ててオフグリッド生活や秘密基地など色々な活用を考えられそうです。個人的には井戸を掘ってこの景色でサウナとかやったら気持ち良いだろうなとぼんやりと考えていました。草刈りなど少し整備は必要ですが敷地まで車は入れます。敷地までは70mほど未舗装路になります。
