This is a quiet place with an open view. I initially considered purchasing it to build a second house, but due to increasing personal and professional commitments, I have decided to sell it. Water and sewage systems are connected. Electricity can be easily brought in. The access road and entrance to the land are a bit narrow, but there is more than 2 meters of space. 景色の開けている静かな場所なので、個人的にセカンドハウスを建てようと考えて購入しましたが、公私共に忙しくなり断念したので、売却しようと思います。他で資金も必要なので、周りの相場よりかなり安くしております。

上下水道は通っております。電気もすぐに引っ張ってこれます。少し道や土地への入り口は狭いですが、2メートル以上はあります。まだ交渉はしてませんが、隣の人に交渉して、入り口の一部土地を共用させてもらえるととても車両の出し入れが楽になります。特に隣家とは関係も悪くなく、友好的な方ではあります。なるべく早めに購入いただける方を優先します。よろしくお願いします。

整形地で、川のある方向には家は建たない為、見晴らしが良いです。大きな国道にはすぐに出られます。住宅街の突きあたりで頭から車を入れる事になるので、その車の向きを入れ替えるスペースが駐車場に必要になる可能性があります。

決算などの事情もあり下記価格に値下げします(間違いなくこの界隈で断トツで一番安いです)。
