I was looking for a property to sell my apartment and move to a new place, taking advantage of inflation and mortgage tax reductions. I moved this spring, so I am selling my apartment. Built in November 2000 (24 years old), with a total of 150 units. Close to the station, 3-minute walk from JR Nambu Line/Shukugawara Station, 13-minute walk from Odakyu Odawara Line/Noborito Station. Good view, facing east on the 12th floor of a 14-story building, I can see the fireworks at Futako Tamagawa from my window.
I bought it as a new apartment and lived there until March. The water heater and all four air conditioners in each room were replaced within the last five years. The walls, ceilings, and floors of all four rooms have been renovated.
