Description

This property is located in a position where you can see Izu Oshima floating in Sagami Bay, and beyond that, the Pacific Ocean. There is no worry about tsunamis, and it is a blessed location close to the sea. My parents were captivated by this view and built this former pension. We have cherished it while making repairs over the years. Due to a move, we have decided to let it go.

You can have barbecues in the courtyard, and there are two large New Summer orange trees on the elevated land at the back. In the past, blueberries were also grown here, and there is space that can be used as a field. This may be suitable for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend time at their own pace.

I would like to mention one thing. There are no records of the confirmation application during the extension, and it is not possible to obtain a new business license as a simple inn. *Since the building exceeds 200㎡, a building confirmation application is required for a change of use.

Although it cannot be reopened as a pension, I believe it can be used in various ways, such as a shared villa with friends, an atelier or pottery studio (it may be possible to set up a kiln on the
相模湾に浮かぶ伊豆大島そしてその先には太平洋が望める位置です。津波の心配も無し・海も近い恵まれたロケーションです。両親がこの景色に魅せられ、建てた元ペンションです。修繕を重ねながら大切にしてきました。このたび引っ越しに伴い、手放すことになりました。

中庭ではバーベキューができ、裏手の一段高くなった土地にはニューサマーオレンジの大木が2本あります。かつてはブルーベリーも育てており、畑として使えるスペースもあります。喧騒から離れ、自分のペースで過ごしたい方には合うかもしれません。

ひとつお伝えしたいことがあります。増築時の確認申請の記録が残っておらず、簡易旅館業としての新規営業許可の取得はできない状態です。
※200㎡を超える建物のため用途変更には建築確認申請が必要になります。

ペンションとしての再開はできませんが、仲間とのシェア別荘や、アトリエ・陶芸工房(敷地内に窯を設けることも可能かと思います)、少人数のリトリートやワークショップの場など、いろいろなかたちで使っていただけるのではないかと思っています。部屋数が多いので、作品の展示や創作活動にも使いやすいかもしれません。

2026年1月に建物全体のシロアリ予防・駆除を行い、5年間の保証書もご用意しています。キッチンや浴室のリフォームは必要になりますが、床暖房やバリアフリー設計など、以前から手を入れてきた箇所もあります。よろしければ、一度ご見学にいらしてください。
