It is a forest near Nishioka Dam, originally owned by my grandfather, inherited by my father, and was gifted to me. (I completed the ownership transfer registration myself.) I have never seen or been to the site. Since we live far away from the site, we cannot guide you or be present at the site.
You can obtain a land area survey map from the Legal Affairs Bureau in 1999. We do not know how much access it has to the road. We will not conduct surveys or maintenance when buying or selling. The buyer is responsible for disposing of any remaining items. Please make sure to thoroughly check the surrounding conditions and infrastructure before purchasing. There may be restrictions depending on the use due to laws and ordinances, so please inform the local government of the use and check. At present, there are no maintenance costs because it is not particularly managed, but maintenance costs may be incurred when you start using it. 法務局にて平成11年の地積測量図が取得可能です。どの程度接道しているかはわかりません。売買にあたって当方での測量、整備等は行いません。残置物の処理は買主様にてお願いします。購入前に周辺状況やインフラ等、買主様にて十分にご確認いただいた上でご購入下さい。法律や条例等により用途によって制限がかかる可能性がありますので現地自治体へ用途をお伝えの上でご確認下さい。現状では特に管理していないため維持費はかかっていませんが、利用開始にあたって維持費が発生する場合もあります。そちらは買主様のご判断でお願いします。
