The site is in a quiet residential area outside the city. In early spring the opposite riverbank features mountain cherry blossoms and wisteria, creating a rich natural environment. I personally liked the area and purchased it, but because I live far away and expect it will be difficult to maintain due to my age, I have reluctantly decided to sell.
