Availability as a materials yard depends on the renter (company or individual/self-employed).

The site is in a quiet residential area outside the city. In early spring the opposite riverbank features mountain cherry blossoms and wisteria, creating a rich natural environment. I personally liked the area and purchased it, but because I live far away and expect it will be difficult to maintain due to my age, I have reluctantly decided to sell. About a 10-minute drive upstream along the nearby river is a dam, and further upstream is good for camping, hiking, and stream fishing. There is also a free zoo in the city.
