Uchihata-cho in Kishiwada City is conveniently located and is a rare good location in a semi-urban area. It is very convenient as it is close to shopping centers like Lalaport and Costco, and a nearby elementary school. It is also a great second house for those living in the city, as it is close to the highway and takes about 40 minutes to reach Tennoji. There is a parking lot available for rent at 3,000 yen per month, located about 30 meters down the slope.

The best part is the view. Being on a hill, you can overlook southern Osaka. The garden is about 50-60 tsubo, allowing for a large wooden deck, tree house, and plenty of space for a home garden. For those who love camping, you can plant artificial grass and enjoy tents and BBQs. At night, you can hear the sounds of insects, and on clear days, the stars are beautiful, making it hard to believe you are in Osaka. In winter, it feels like a home where you would want to create a wood stove.

岸和田市内畑町は利便性がよく都会田舎でもめずらしく好立地です。車ですぐにららぽーとやコストコ小学校もちかいとても便利なロケーションです。都会暮らしの方のセカンドハウスとしても便利な高速からも近く天王寺まで約40分ほどで行けちゃいます。30メートルほどの坂の下に月3,000円で借りれる駐車場がございます。

あと最高なのが景色です。高台なので南大阪が見渡せます。お庭もおよそ50~60坪ほどあるので、広大なウッドデッキやツリーハウスとか家庭菜園も楽しみ放題ですし、キャンプが好きな方は人口芝を植えてテントもBBQもたのしみ放題です。夜は虫の声が聞こえるのと星が大阪とおもえないくらい天気がいい日は綺麗です。冬は薪ストーブとかを作りたくなるお家だとおもいます。

私ごとで一年ほどで手放さなくてはいけなくなったので残念ですが、想いを受け継いでくれる方にお譲りしたいです。またリフォームやリノベーションなどは近所の知り合いが格安で受けてくれますので必要な際はお声かけください。内覧や相談などはお気軽におたずねくださいね。よろしくおねがいいたします。
