I purchased this as a second home because I travel to Kōchi Prefecture every year. I often stay with relatives and had planned to sell, but a tenant moved in at the end of March and the property will be sold as an owner-change (sale with tenant in place). Even if the tenant vacates, the layout should be suitable for use as a vacation rental (minpaku) or for personal use.

Built in January 1979, the exterior looks old, but the previous owner appears to have carried out repairs, so the interior may feel somewhat newer than the age suggests. The kitchen has a dishwasher (not tested in the past year). The property is connected to the public water supply, uses septic tank drainage, and has a 3-burner stove.

The seller wishes to sell the property in its current condition (as-is). Immediate handover is possible. This is a detached house with a garden. There are monthly parking lots adjacent to and around the site, but there is currently no parking space on the property. There is talk of demolishing the property's wall at the occupant's expense in the future (it has been agreed that the owner will bear no costs if the wall is demolished).
