This land was owned by my late grandfather and was used as rice paddies, fields and for growing nursery stock. It has not been used since his passing, and we would like to transfer it to someone who can make use of it.

The land is classified as agricultural land. It is in an area where converting farmland to other uses is difficult, so we hope it will be used as farmland. Purchase requires permission from the Agricultural Committee. Approval criteria appear to include the ability to cultivate the land for at least 150 days per year and being resident nearby (able to commute to the farmland), since cultivation is expected. Please consider these points before making an offer.

The areas are 980 m², 3,503 m², 612 m² and 659 m² — four locations comprising 13 parcels, totaling 5,754 m². The land category is either paddy or field. This is a substantial area. There will likely be a separate review by the Agricultural Committee, so we ask that only those who understand this process consider purchasing.

The surrounding area is also farmland and receives good sunlight. According to maps, all four sites face a road (including narrow farm roads). However, maintenance has been neglected since
