Land for sale in Fukuoka Ken

This land was owned by my late grandfather and was used for rice fields, farmland, and planting. Since he passed away, it has not been used and I would like to give it to someone who can use it. This land is farmland. It is difficult to convert farmland to other uses in this area, so I would like it to be used as farmland.
