I am offering an old house in Mihama Town, Chita District, Aichi Prefecture for sale. The property was purchased at the end of 2023 and both interior and exterior renovations were carried out. I had planned to use it as a vacation rental (minpaku), second home, or rental property, but my family relocated far away, so I have decided to sell.

Renovations include: exterior wall painting (main house and storage), replacement of both toilets (2 locations), replacement of the water heater, new flooring (Western-style rooms and kitchen), wallpaper replacement (Western-style rooms), tatami re-covering in one room, repair of water pipes (main water supply), and kitchen refinishing with replacement of the adhesive sheet. The property can be handed over from mid-May onward, and viewings on site are welcome. The house is livable as-is, but some additional repairs are recommended (for example, re-covering tatami in two Japanese-style rooms and replacing the interior-only entrance lock with a keyed exterior lock).
