Thank you for your interest. This property is the family home of an acquaintance. It was inherited in 2022 and, with no plan to use it, had been marketed for sale. Finding a buyer proved difficult, and when the real estate agent we engaged became unwell, I was consulted about the sale. The house was built in 1994 (Heisei 6) and the interior is relatively well maintained. The asking price has been substantially reduced. Small price adjustments may be possible, but please refrain from making extreme low offers.

The property is about 30 years old and was occupied by elderly residents, so the interior is clean. There is a large parking lot next door, allowing multiple vehicles to be parked (¥3,000/month per space). It is about a 50-minute drive from Wakayama Station, a 14-minute walk to Mihama Town Enju Coast Campground, a 16-minute walk to the national hospital, and about a 4-minute drive to a convenience store. A drawback is that the road adjoining the property is only about 50–100 cm wide, so you cannot drive a vehicle directly onto the land. Because a carpet had been laid over the flooring, part of the flooring was peeled off when the carpet was removed. 築30年程度で高齢の方が住んでいたので室内は綺麗です。隣が広い駐車場の為、複数台駐車できます（1台あたり3,000円/月になります）。和歌山駅から車で50分程度、美浜町煙樹海岸キャンプ場まで徒歩14分、国立病院まで徒歩16分、コンビニまで車で4分です。物件のイマイチなところは、接道している道路が50-100センチ程度のため車を自分の土地まで乗り入れることができません。フローリングにカーペットを引いていたため、カーペットをはがすときにフローリングの一部がはがれています。また、再建築不可です。
