Thank you for your interest. This property belongs to a friend's family home. It was inherited in 2022, and since there are no plans to use it, we have been trying to sell it. However, we have not found a buyer yet, and due to the poor health of the real estate agent we had commissioned, I was consulted about it. The property was built in 1994, so I believe the interior is in good condition. The selling price has been significantly lowered. While I am open to some price adjustments, please refrain from making extreme offers.

The interior is clean as it was lived in by an elderly person for about 30 years. There is a large parking lot next door, allowing for multiple cars to be parked (3,000 yen/month per car). It takes about 50 minutes by car from Wakayama Station, 14 minutes on foot to Mihama Town Enju Coast Campground, 16 minutes on foot to the National Hospital, and 4 minutes by car to the convenience store. One downside of the property is that the road it connects to is about 50-100 cm wide, so cars cannot access the property directly. The flooring had carpet laid over it, and when the carpet was removed, some of the flooring came off. 築30年程度で高齢の方が住んでいたので室内は綺麗です。隣が広い駐車場の為、複数台駐車できます（1台あたり3,000円/月になります）。和歌山駅から車で50分程度、美浜町煙樹海岸キャンプ場まで徒歩14分、国立病院まで徒歩16分、コンビニまで車で4分です。物件のイマイチなところは、接道している道路が50-100センチ程度のため車を自分の土地まで乗り入れることができません。フローリングにカーペットを引いていたため、カーペットをはがすときにフローリングの一部がはがれています。また、再建築不可です。
