We are selling 146.5 a (1 cho 4.6 tan) of farmland as we have increased the management of our mikan orchard this year. The location is Tsukiura Kashikawa, Minamata City, Kumamoto Prefecture. This is a 5-year-old land that has not used pesticides. Currently, we are planting Pearl oranges, but the management has not been well maintained. There are a total of 4 plots of farmland that are adjacent to each other.

Originally, the orchard was inaccessible by car, but last year we made a road with an excavator, so all the orchards can now be accessed by car (4WD). It is a sunny place with a good view. I think it will be easy to work here. I purchased it for 4.2 million yen five years ago. The market price is between 4.2 to 3.5 million yen, so I think it is a good deal.

This was originally my father’s family home; the house was demolished quite some time ago and the site has remained a vacant lot. Because we no longer need it, I’m offering the land at a very low price. Please tell me the purchase amount — a token amount is fine. That said, it can’t realistically be only ¥20,000–¥30,000, so I think my father would accept a price in the several-hundred-thousand-yen range.

I live far away and, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have had difficulty returning home, so the transaction may take some time; please understand this in advance.
