The house has been vacant for several years, but the condition of the property is bad and the cost is 1.5 million yen to vacate the land. The owner lives in Wakayama City and cannot manage the land, so he wants to sell it as soon as possible.
It is a 10-minute walk from Hirachi to Yuki Station, and a 5-minute walk from elementary and junior high schools. The width of the road in front of my house is about 2 meters, and the road from the entrance to the road where cars can pass is about 10 meters.
