We are leisurely developing and using it as a private camping site. At night, there is no electricity in the direction of the summit, so it is pitch black, and on clear days you can see the stars. We have purchased a forest near the residential area, so we decided to sell this one. A wide range of uses are possible, such as a scrap yard, a material storage site, and a camping site. It is close to Naruto city and the highway interchange, and the location and transportation access are good. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. There is also a home center, a large supermarket, and a super public bath within a 10-minute drive. There is only one entrance from the prefectural road, and since the entrance is on our property, it is like a secret base, with only the neighboring landowner and hunters occasionally coming to patrol. Large vehicles can also enter. There is an unregistered hut. There is electricity. If you see the site, you will be able to imagine how to use the property. There is no running water. There is a water tank, an irrigation channel, and a river adjacent to the site on the site, but they are not suitable for drinking.
