洗濯機は外置きですが囲いがしてあり部屋から出し入れ出来ます。部屋は綺麗でソファー、クーラー、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、もあるので、即住むことが可能です(撤去も可)。4階なので眺めも風の通りもとても良いです。ハンモックもあるので景色を観ながらゆっくり寛げます。最寄駅迄は徒歩7分でコンビニ、スーパー等も徒歩7分圏内にあります。
