Purchased about seven years ago and fully renovated. I am selling because I changed jobs and will be moving closer to my new workplace; the asking price is shown below, but I am willing to consider a discount for a quick buyer.

The land is leasehold with about 13 years remaining, so it can be lived in for that period and is cheaper than renting. Since this is a surface-right lease only, property tax is very low. The unit bath is very easy to clean.

The washing machine is located outside but enclosed and can be accessed from the room. The room is clean and comes with a sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator, and washing machine, so it is move-in ready (items can be removed if desired). On the 4th floor, the views and airflow are very good. There is also a hammock for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. It is about a 7-minute walk to the nearest station, and convenience stores and a supermarket are within a 7-minute walk.

洗濯機は外置きですが囲いがしてあり部屋から出し入れ出来ます。部屋は綺麗でソファー、クーラー、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、もあるので、即住むことが可能です(撤去も可)。4階なので眺めも風の通りもとても良いです。ハンモックもあるので景色を観ながらゆっくり寛げます。最寄駅迄は徒歩7分でコンビニ、スーパー等も徒歩7分圏内にあります。

※管理人組合に確認した所13年後借地権が切れた時に延長するか建物を解体するか話し合いで決めるそうです
