After purchasing the land, I worked hard to build a hut for lodging, a lower house, a toilet, a bathroom, a garden kitchen, two well sheds, four storerooms×× and firewood racks by myself. When it became possible to use even some of the unfinished buildings, most of the buildings were not completed because the next building was being built. The boat shed that used to be had a concrete foundation was not built so that property tax would not be charged, and the weight of the stored boats, kayaks, and SUPs was used to prevent them from moving. Since all the boats we土地を購入後、コツコツと1人で宿泊用の小屋、下屋、トイレ、風呂場、ガーデンキッチン、井戸小屋×2棟、物置×4棟、薪棚等を造りました。一部未完成でも使用出来る様になると、次の建物を作っていた為、殆どの建物は完成していません。未完成でも使用には問題ございません。現在の進行具合ですが、宿泊用の小屋は、内装が未完成です。下屋は、出入口の扉が有りません。トイレは、一応完成していますが生ごみ処理機を使ったコンポストトイレになり、回転羽の一部が破損しています。風呂場は、内装の一部と外装が完成していません。ガーデンキッチンは、棚と外装、床のタイル張りの一部が未完成です。現在はコンクリートを新規に打って床を延長しています。延長した床に洗い場を新規に造る予定です。以前ございましたボート小屋は、固定資産税がかからない様にコンクリート基礎を打たず、収納していたボート・カヤック・SUPの重さを利用し、動かない様にしていました。ボート類を全て処分したのでボート小屋自体が軽くなり、強風時にご近所様に迷惑をかける可能性が有るので解体しました。他にも敷地を広く使用出来る様にする為に物置や薪棚等は解体してしまうかも知れません。井戸小屋①は、一応完成していますが、近年中に屋根の傘釘の交換が必要です。井戸小屋②は、作成中なのでポンプや扉が有りません。樹脂製物置は、中の物品を取り出してしまうと物置自体が強風で動いてしまう可能性が有るので解体予定です。3棟の金属製物置は、一部にサビが出始めていますので塗装をした方が良さそうです。物置3棟は一般の方には多すぎるので解体するかも知れません。ここまで時間をかけて作製したので誰か完成させ使用して下さい。現在住んでいる埼玉県から福島県に移住することになり、通うには遠方になるため販売することになりました。維持費も安いので手放したく無かったのですが、距離的に福島県から気軽に通うことは出来そうもございません。維持費としては固定資産税が年間42.000円程です。（令和5年度）電気は使用しなければ基本料金が半額になります。水道は井戸水を使用していますので0円です。煮炊きにはIH調理器具やロケットストーブ、ウッドガスストーブ、バーベキューコンロ等を使用していますのでガス代としては0円です。隣の敷地に竹が沢山生えています。こちらの敷地に倒れた竹は切っても良いことになっていますのでそち
