When we purchased the vacant house, the owner told us they also owned another mountain plot and wanted to dispose of it together — this is that land. According to the previous owner, they were moved by the beauty of the view when they first saw it. Indeed, the site is on a high hillside with pleasant views of mountains such as Mt. Tomi and Mt. Iyogatake, so we agreed to purchase it together as the owner wished. The vacant house has since found a tenant.
