This Ko-ura property in Minami-Izu is ideal for SUP, fishing and marine leisure. The villa was purchased in 2020 (Reiwa 2) and used while undergoing renovations. The owner visited about 5–6 times a year for SUP, sea fishing and boating, but has reduced visits recently and decided to sell. The bay in front of the property is very calm and offers an outstanding location; the sea is about a 2‑minute walk away. The water quality is excellent, and the property faces Ko-ura Bay, historically known as a "wind-waiting" harbor. There is a parking lot nearby, and water quality has been rated AAA each year. 家の方は木造住宅で、築年は昭和元年、二階建てです。屋根は銅板葺きで、買ったときにお風呂のリフォーム、床の張り替え、一部の壁の漆喰塗り、外壁塗装などをしていただいています。比較的きれいに使っていました。今ある家財なども、よろしければ差し上げます。サップも2本あります。築年数が古く、床などリフォームしていないところがあります。床に傾きがあり、直してもらいましたが、家の内壁にひびのある箇所があります。漆喰を塗ろうかと思っていたのですが、まだできていない状態です。

別荘使用で区費　自治会費みたいのは年間19,000円払ってます。古い家なので、このままの状態で買ってもらえる方を希望します。引き渡しの時期はいつでも良いです。令和7年のゴールデンウィークに一回使って、掃除してあります。
