家の方は木造住宅で、築年は昭和元年、二階建てです。屋根は銅板葺きで、買ったときにお風呂のリフォーム、床の張り替え、一部の壁の漆喰塗り、外壁塗装などをしていただいています。比較的きれいに使っていました。今ある家財なども、よろしければ差し上げます。サップも2本あります。築年数が古く、床などリフォームしていないところがあります。床に傾きがあり、直してもらいましたが、家の内壁にひびのある箇所があります。漆喰を塗ろうかと思っていたのですが、まだできていない状態です。
