現地に行ったことがなく、土地のなんとなく場所はわかりますが、土地の範囲がわかりません。過去に不動産会社が現地に看板を立ててくれたようで、その際に境界標の写真を送ってくれてはいますが、実際に行ったことはないので、詳細はわかりません。

自分で購入した土地です。詐欺ではないかもしれませんが、開発の見込みが外れて整備がされていない状態になっているように見えます。

Fronting a prefectural road and adjacent to an irrigation pond! This is a large forested mountain area, part of which faces a wide prefectural road. There is an area planted with hinoki cypress with trunks approximately 20–30 cm in diameter (about one-third of the total area, visually confirmed from aerial photos). At the bottom of the valley is a roughly 160-tsubo (about 530 m²) flat area that can be used for camping or building a small cabin. A small mountain stream runs beside the flat area and flows into an adjacent pond (pond is outside the property).
