I built a hut on a vast piece of land with a good view not far from Sendai and owned it to use as a base for playing in the mountains. However, due to family circumstances, it was unlikely that I would be able to go to the hospital, so I decided to sell it. It faces the road to the north and southeast, and is 30 km to Sendai City, 7 km to the Tohoku Expressway Interchange, 8 km to Tokarita Onsen, and 4 km to the town center, making it easy to access everywhere. Since there are no private houses nearby, it is suitable for solo campsites, mountain forests for play, and material storage. Now there are tall grasslands and mountain forests on the south side of the land. There is a flat part on the north side, but most of it is on the southern slope. I think solar power generation is subtle because of the slope. There is no running water, and electricity is coming to the office about 100 meters south. I haven't surveyed, but there are markers on the western boundary. It is neither in the adjustment area nor in the agricultural development area (the north side is the agricultural development area across the road to the west). It is a land where construction is possible.
