物件購入から10年以上経過したので、別荘地や農業をしながら宮古島の生活を送りたい方にぜひ利用してもらいたいです。
時期は急いでいませんが、買い手がいればすぐに手続きします。利用していただける方を優先したいです。土地は500坪と十分ですが、やや不正形のため、お安く譲ります。しっかりと石積みされていて、眺めも良いと思います。
