当初、全面積半分の約６ｈａの杉・ヒノキを伐りだした。
土地の東側入り口付近は割と平坦で、車が入れるように自分がショベルカーで道を作った。
残る雑木は自分が市場に流通させる手段がないが、バイオマス発電に使える立派な雑木だ。

今の状態では谷の向こう側に這って歩いては行けるが、機械は入って行けない。

また、そこにはかなりの高低差のある滝があり水がジャンジャンと湧き落ちている。
