Depending on the development content, permission may be necessary for development. Please contact us for details. 2022.9.27 (Tue) From the owner, a forestry worker. Today, I entered the mountains of Takachiho with employees. Initially, I logged about 6 hectares of cedar and cypress, which is half of the total area. The area near the eastern entrance of the land is relatively flat, and I made a road with my own excavator so that a vehicle can enter. The remaining miscellaneous trees have no means for me to circulate them in the market, but they are fine miscellaneous trees that can be used for biomass power generation. (Since I own an excavator, I think it will be cheaper if I make the road myself.) There is a deep valley on the north side of the land. On the other side of the valley, cedar trees about 80 years old are densely planted, but since the valley is deep, if a ropeway (like a cable car) is installed, I can suspend the excavator to the opposite side and log the trees, but I do not have the technology or funds to install a ropeway. In the current st杉・ヒノキは伐採済み。その他雑木が残っています。

今日、高千穂の山に従業員を連れて分け入った。
当初、全面積半分の約6haの杉・ヒノキを伐りだした。
土地の東側入り口付近は割と平坦で、車が入れるように自分がショベルカーで道を作った。
残る雑木は自分が市場に流通させる手段がないが、バイオマス発電に使える立派な雑木だ。
(ショベルカーを所有しているので、自分が道を作れば安く済むと思う)
土地の北側に深い谷がある。
その谷の向こうに樹齢80年ほどの杉がビッシリ植わっているが、谷が深いので索道(ロープウエイのようなもの)を設置すれば、
ショベルカーを反対側に吊って運び木を伐り出すことができるが、自分には索道を設置する技術と資金がない。
今の状態では谷の向こう側に這って歩いては行けるが、機械は入って行けない。
杉を全部運び出し売ることができれば今なら1000万円の売り上げになると思う。
また、そこにはかなりの高低差のある滝があり水がジャンジャンと湧き落ちている。
滝付きの魅力的な土地だ。
