I work in interior design and purchased this house with the desire to renovate an empty house. While utilizing the age of the house itself, I am planning a retro-cute design. The first floor was originally a Japanese-style room and kitchen, but I have combined them into a continuous LDK (living, dining, kitchen) space, using my long-desired solid wood (Acacia wood) flooring. The doors are white imported doors. Old houses tend to have a dark impression, so I have used lovely colors like blue-gray and pistachio green on many walls to create a fun atmosphere. The second floor has two rooms; one room uses tile-patterned wallpaper and old wood-style flooring, while the other room retains its cute old checkerboard flooring, with the walls painted in pistachio green.

Until December of last year, it was rented for 75,000 yen, but I decided to sell it because I moved far away. The garden is spacious and has good sunlight. The downside is that it is a terrace house (in the middle of five). It is a 20-minute walk from Tōbu Tōjō Line Tsuruse Station.インテリアデザインの仕事をしており、家1軒空き家をリノベーションしてみたいとの思いで購入しました。家自体の古さを生かしながら、レトロかわいいデザインでプランニングしています。1階は元々和室とキッチンでしたが、ひと続きのLDKにし、念願だった無垢材（アカシアという木材）を貼っています。ドアは白い輸入ドアを使っています。古い家はどうしても暗い印象になりがちなので、ブルーグレーやピスタチオグリーンなどの素敵な色をたくさん壁に使い、楽しくなるような部屋にしています。2階は2部屋あり、1部屋はタイル調のクロスと古木調の床材を使用、もう一部屋は古い市松状のフローリングが可愛かったのでそのまま使い、壁はピスタチオグリーンでペイントしています。

昨年12月まで75,000円で賃貸しておりましたが、私自信が遠方に引越ししたため売却することにしました。庭が広く日当たりも良いです。ネックはテラスハウス（5軒並んでその真ん中）であること。東武東上線鶴瀬駅から徒歩20分。
