Moseushi Town, Hokkaido | A house located 3 minutes on foot from Moseushi Junior High School, surrounded by rural areas, is available for 0 yen for the building only. I lived here until the end of last month (May 2022) and have since moved nearby. The land is leased, and the annual lease fee is approximately 19,800 yen. It is located next to the junior high school grounds and is a 3-minute walk to the school. Regarding the issues with the house, there are instances where rain seeps in from above the kitchen on the first floor when strong rain blows from the east. When previously inspected by a contractor, they could not identify the cause. It is believed that the seepage is due to aging, possibly from cracks in the exterior walls, and may occur during strong winds and rain. Additionally, there is a mortgage on the building, but it is planned to be canceled before the transfer of ownership. There is a garage and a storage shed. The year of installation for the storage shed is unknown, and it is not listed or evaluated in the fixed asset tax ledger. 先月（2022年5月末）まで住んでいました、現在は近くに転居しています。
土地が借地になっており、借地料については年間19,800円ほどかかります。
妹背牛中学校グラウンド横に位置し中学校まで徒歩3分の距離です。
住宅の不具合についてですが、雨が強く東側から吹き付けたときに1階キッチン上側から雨が滲むことがあります。
以前業者に見てもらった際に、原因個所の特定には至りませんでした。
老朽化が原因で外壁のクラック等から滲んでいて、風雨が強いときにそのような現象が出るのではないかと考えます。
また建物には根抵当権が設定されていますが、所有権移転前に抹消してお渡しの予定です。
車庫と物置があります。
なお、物置の設置年は不明で、固定資産税台帳には未評価で未記載となっています。
両方とも残存物はほとんどありませんが、使用されたペンキが置いてあり使っていただけると助かります。
車庫内には、タイヤが置いてありますが、車止めとして置いていました。
住宅内にはストーブが2台とボイラーがあり、どちらも使用できる状態です。
また、灯油タンク内には灯油がたくさん残っていて、そのまま使っていただきたいです。
（※昨年、屋外の灯油タンクを新しく借りましたが、借用元から灯油を入れることを条件に無料で借りていたため、そのまま利用するのであれば灯油タンクの借用元で灯油の利用もお願いしたいです。）
またキッチンのガス台は撤去していますが、ガス台も同じ会社でのリースが可能です。
今後の使い道がないことから、無償でお譲り受けいただける方を募集します。
