Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture It is a place rich in nature next to the river. My father passed away and I inherited my parents' house, but it was difficult to manage because I lived abroad, so I decided to give it away. It is 45 years old, 6LDK, 2 toilets, and has a basement. It is a 15-minute drive from the city center and is a quiet place surrounded by nature. What about those who want to live a leisurely life in the countryside, work from home, or have a villa? Nearby are hot springs, ski resorts, the birthplace of Nishikigoi, and a short drive to the sea, and Nagaoka Fireworks is famous. I'm not thinking about renovating, so I'm looking for someone who will buy it as it is. The bathroom has no bathtub and the door is broken. The viewing dates are November 27, 28, and 29, 2024.
