Description

The owners began operating this pension in December 1981 and enjoyed steady business during the ski/tennis/pension boom. Now that we are getting older, we are planning to cease operations and intend to sell within 2023. The property is located on a high plateau at an altitude of 1,500 m, surrounded by a white birch forest and close to Echo Valley Ski Resort (currently closed). The large garden includes a BBQ area, outdoor bar, pizza oven, workshop and herb garden. Several ski resorts such as Blanche Takayama, Kurumayama Kogen SKYPARK, Shirakabako Royal Hill and Shirakaba 2-in-1 are about 15–30 minutes by car, and in the green season nearby attractions include Lake Megami, Lake Shirakaba, Tateshina, Kirigamine and the Nakasendo — a nature-rich area ideal for operating a pension, a welfare/retreat facility or a training center. The building has a black exterior and a monochrome interior. The dining room features a large atrium and a Franklin stove, with custom-made furniture. The dining room has hot-water underfloor heating and guest rooms are heated with hot-water radiators with individual room controls. エコーバレースキー場(現在は休業中)に近い、標高1,500mの白樺林に囲まれた高原にあります。広い庭にはBBQ・野外バー・ピザ窯・工房・ハーブガーデンがあります。車で15分~30分程で「ブランシュたかやま、車山高原SKYPARK、白樺湖ロイヤルヒル、しらかば2イン1」など各スキー場があり、グリーンシーズンは「女神湖、白樺湖、蓼科、霧ヶ峰、中山道」などの観光スポットが楽しめる自然豊かな場所です。ペンション経営や保養所・研修所に最適です。

建物は黒の外観、内装はモノトーンです。食堂には大きな吹き抜けとフランクリンストーブがあります。オーダーメイドの家具です。食堂は温水床暖房、客室は温水暖房で、部屋ごとの制御ができます。バス付2部屋、洗面トイレ付き4部屋、洗面付き1部屋、バス付以外のトイレは温水シャワー付きです。共同風呂×2、トイレ×2、館内バー、2階にもホールがあります。プライベートルームは12畳、ロフト付き(薪ストーブ・FFヒーター)東向きのガラス張りの部屋です。建物のメンテナンスはされており、最終は2021年です。光回線・CATV・WiFiは客室内でも使えます。町営水道で、下水は合併浄化槽(維持管理費36,400円・年間)です。よって月々の下水代は0円。

管理費:42,900円/年、財産区地代:75,900円/年、永久借地権:転売自由(30年更新、次回2032年12月)、土地所有者:長和町大門財産区、自治会費:8,000円/年、固定資産税:50,452円/年、浄化槽管理検査費:36,400円/年。
