This property was built by my father in May 1982 with the image of a French pension. Skiing, tennis, and riding the pension boom have been running smoothly. It is sad to say goodbye to a pension filled with many memories, such as the bonds I have spun with many customers, the happy memories with my part-time job, the interaction with my pension friends in the neighborhood, the precious memories I have built with my family, and the environment where I can feel the changes of the four seasons firsthand, but due to the change in my lifestyle, I have decided to let go. It is a 0-minute walk to Echo Valley Ski Resort (currently closed) and is located on a plateau surrounded by birches and tang pines at an altitude of 1,450 meters. It is about 5 to 30 minutes by car and there are various ski resorts such as "Blanche Takayama, Kurumayama Kogen SKY PARK, Shirakabako Royal Hill, Shirakaba 2 in 1", and in the green season, it is a place rich in nature where you can enjoy sightseeing spots such as "Shirakaba Lake, Goddess Lake, Lake Tateshina, Kirigamine, Migahara Highland, and Nakasendo Road". It is ideal for pension management, recreational facilities, and training centers. The building haこの物件は1982年5月に父がフランスのペンションをイメージして建てました。スキー、テニス、ペンションブームに乗って順調に経営してきました。たくさんのお客様と紡いだ絆、アルバイトとの楽しかった想い出、近隣のペンション仲間との交流、家族と築いた大切な想い出、四季折々の移り変わりを肌で感じとれる環境、たくさんの想い出が詰まったペンションとの別れは寂しいですが、生活スタイルの変化により、手放すことを決断しました。エコーバレースキー場（現在は休業中）まで徒歩0分、標高1,450ｍの白樺と唐松に囲まれた高原にあります。車で5分から30分程で「ブランシュたかやま、車山高原SKY PARK、白樺湖ロイヤルヒル、白樺2in1」など各スキー場があり、グリーンシーズンは「白樺湖、女神湖、蓼科湖、霧ヶ峰、美ヶ原高原、中山道」などの観光スポットが楽しめる自然豊かな場所です。ペンション経営や保養所、研修所に最適です。建物は地下1階は鉄筋、木造2階建てです。食堂は宿泊者数28名に対して席数40席でゆとりある広さです。客室は温風暖房で部屋ごとに制御ができます。客室はバス付ツインルームが3部屋、トリプルルームが2部屋、11畳和室2部屋、8畳和室1部屋、3畳ほどの納戸2部屋、人工温泉風呂2つ、男女別（個室2つずつ）2つ、カウンターバー、ラウンジがあり、完全南向きでオープンテラスがあります。CATV、Wi-fiは客室内でも使えます。町営水道で下水は合併浄化槽（維持管理費年36,400円）です。よって毎月の下水代は0円です。プライベートルームは3部屋あります。
