Now that we are getting older, we are planning to cease operations and intend to sell within 2023. The property is located on a high plateau at an altitude of 1,500 m, surrounded by a white birch forest and close to Echo Valley Ski Resort (currently closed). In 2025, we purchased a pension that had been in operation for 30 years and have been managing it since the end of last year. However, due to various circumstances, we are considering letting it go.
