Recent studies have made clear that there is a high possibility of resource mineral deposits such as gold and silver. In the future, if possible I am considering selling to a Japanese individual or company.

Selling points: This area was developed relatively early within Hokkaido and is comparatively mild. It is close to Hakodate and has a high potential for mineral deposits.

The property is close to the Roadside Station "Nanairo Nanae", the Yamato Takahashi Kombu Museum, the Hakodate Wine Factory, Mount Komagatake, and Onuma Quasi-National Park, and there are several nearby hot springs, so it could also be used for tourism and leisure. At the time of purchase I paid a district maintenance fee of ¥50,000, and there is no further obligation to pay.
