It was built in 1960. The tiles were replaced a few years ago. The toilet is Western-style and was remodeled a few years ago, and is equipped with a sewer system. The TV and washing machine are both relatively new. The gas is propane. The bath has a kerosene boiler, but it is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced, and the bathtub needs to be cleaned or remodeled. There are about six rooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. There is also a barn. There is also a 100m2 plot of land next to it.
